Head, Heart, Holme
Head, Heart, Holme provides therapeutic support for women who are parents, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges and build resilience.

What we’re doing
Supporting women living with trauma and adversity by helping them strengthen their wellbeing and family relationships.
Sessions are led by an HCPC-registered creative arts therapist, allowing for alternative forms of expression beyond words.
Through one-to-one and group dramatherapy, Head, Heart, Holme:
- Helps parents regulate emotions and develop coping mechanisms
- Improves self-confidence and wellbeing, with positive effects on family life
- Nurtures role models who can lead generational change in their homes and communities
“Other therapies never worked for me, but dramatherapy with Charlotte has been life-changing. For the first time, I feel safe, understood, and able to face emotions I’ve carried since childhood.
This is the best therapy I’ve ever received, and it’s finally given me the tools to cope and support my child – and hope.”
